Our founder’s real estate career began in digital marketing with PropertyTalk & Lifestyle Malaysia (PTLM) and Accetera, followed by the founding of PTLM Real Estate Sdn Bhd in 2017.

ChatHouz AI remains a free cloud-based property assistant on WhatsApp, accessible through a local number without downloading another app or signing into separate software.
List a property for rent, sale or room rental for free. The assistant understands the listing details and location, then connects the listing with an area specialist or licensed realtor for marketing, viewings and the property transaction.
Ask for property recommendations, explore local property topics and discover new launches with an AI assistant trained on local property information. More AI features remain part of the product’s development direction.
The AI platform combines a data-driven backend with an intelligent customer experience. Its B2C property journey is supported by a BOVAEPM-licensed real estate business, including help for landlords throughout rental and sale transactions. Its B2B new-launch service supports appointment scheduling and showroom visits.

In March 2026, F6S listed ChatHouz AI as Malaysia’s #15 artificial intelligence startup. This is a dated milestone for the AI business.
