Again in the same Chatbot, public users may enquire for recommended properties, ask any question regarding local property topics, and also be served by an AI-Powered Chatbot Agent for the New Launches segment (3). Our Team is experienced in various areas of AI, transformative digital technology implementation, sales, marketing, and business development.
Our Founder had an established career pathway in the Malaysian real estate sector, starting with digital marketing focusing in real estate, i.e. PropertyTalk & Lifestyle Malaysia (PTLM) and Accetera; and founding of PTLM Real Estate Sdn Bhd in 2017.
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, our Founder established PropLive Community to digitalize and streamline condominium backroom operations. In 2024, RentHouz was formed under the PropLive Community umbrella with the aim to connect Landlords and would-be tenants, homebuyers, plus holidaymakers, all under one roof.
In 2025, PropLive Realtors E(3)2129, a licensed property agency, was established and professional realtors were recruited and trained.
In 2026, ChatHouz AI was born to incorporate AI and cloud software into the merged businesses of PropLive Realtors, RentHouz, and PropLive Community.
